PLEASE NOTE:

There is no waiting area in the building. Early arrival may require waiting outside my door until I am available to welcome you in.

If you require elevator access, appointments must be booked before 5 PM, as there is no elevator access to the space after that time. Feel free to reach out directly so I can ensure your arrival is fully supported.

The Return Space

A sanctuary woven from stillness, scent, and sound.

My work bridges Clinical Massage Therapy and Energetic Care, I honour both the physical body and the subtle systems that shape how we feel, heal, and relate.

Here, you are asked to just be.

This is Return.

To the breath.

To the body.

To the Self Beneath All Striving.

I weave years of practice and training with patients in the massage therapy clinical environment with my love for Sound, Soul, Presence and Energetic Care.

I love moving the body in a very relaxing way in order to create mobility, fluidity, address stiffness and rigidity in the joints and promote faster muscle recovery whilst soothing the nervous system for a deeper resotrative experience. I call my style DYNAMIC RELAXATION.

I created The Return Space to welcome people into a place that feels like home, a different time...a place filled with earthiness, beauty with purpose and ritual so your body can exhale and your spirit can be remembered and lifted.

My sessions are different every time because my commitment is to offer that which you need the most during our time together. I bring all of my gifts and skills into our sessions.

I invite you into a multi-sensory experience where you can receive Massage Therapy, Sound Therapy and Energy Work sometimes together and sometimes separately depending on what you need.

Return with me. I am here to hold you in nourishing, unhurried presence.
