With 11 years of experience as a Licensed Massage Therapist, I take a results-driven approach that starts with listening—really listening—to your concerns, your daily habits, and what your body is asking for.

My work is clinical, intuitive, and highly personalized, blending targeted therapeutic techniques with a structural, full-body perspective. Many clients come to me for chronic pain, neck and shoulder tension from desk life, headaches, stress and anxiety, and post-surgery or injury recovery or simply to just relax and unwind. Every session is tailored in real time—because no two bodies (or weeks) are the same.
