Amberlight Healing offers gentle, rest-focused energy work designed to support relaxation, stress relief, and overall balance. Services include Reiki, equine assisted Reiki, sound-based energy balancing using tuning forks, and guided rest practices such as Yoga Nidra. Sessions are quiet, calming, and intended to create space for the body and nervous system to slow down.

Clients remain fully clothed and rest comfortably throughout each session. There is no manipulation or physical exertion involved. Many people seek this work as a complement to massage, bodywork, or other wellness practices, or when they are looking for a more subtle and restorative form of support.

Each session is tailored to the individual and unfolds naturally, guided by the body’s own ability to settle, recalibrate, and restore balance. No prior experience with energy work is needed, and all are welcome.
