I graduated from BodySoul Massage & Bodywork School in St. Albans in 2021 and am a Registered Massage Therapist in Vermont. I am certified in Advanced Deep Tissue and Sports Therapy Massage, and through the professional series I will complete training in K-Tape application and Lymphatic Massage by the end of 2026.

I have also completed training in Lomi Lomi — a sacred Hawaiian healing massage using flowing, rhythmic touch to release tension, open the heart, and restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit. My skill set includes Therapeutic Massage, Migraine and Headache Relief, Relaxation, Bamboo Massage, Shoulder Mobility, Cupping, and Hot Stone Massage.

I truly love my profession and perform my bodywork from the heart. My intuition guides me to where your body needs healing most. My work is rooted in the belief that therapeutic massage supports both physical and emotional wellness and is an essential tool for self-care.
