Howdy!

My name is Reid, and I am a massage therapist, yoga teacher, and reiki practitioner in north Dallas/Fort Worth. I believe through holistic practices, mindfulness, and genuine connections we can cultivate a sense of balance in our busy world.

Despite our society's variety of approaches to wellness, my paramount priority is serving you for your highest and greatest good.

I am thrilled to contribute to your wellness journey and assist you in finding your harmony within.
