As a child and young adult, the experience of bodily dissociation plagued me and made it difficult to fully relate to others, and even to myself. Massage came to me at a point in my life where I was so out of touch with myself that it became my center of grounding, peace, and contentment. I was amazed at the level of awareness therapeutic bodywork brought me. I was so much more in tune with the unique language my body was trying to tell me, and it was incredibly empowering.

With the upsurge of hustle culture, and the disconnection that technology has ironically induced, there is no better time than now to tune back into your body. It holds information that is greater than words, and it is always communicating with us, whether we realize it or not. My passion is to bring you back home to your body, through education, simple and effective self-care tactics, and thorough trauma-informed bodywork.

During our sessions, I encourage you to ask questions about what I'm doing and why I am doing it. You deserve to know what is going on in your body and understand how you can tend to your "temple." Having experienced the life-changing impact massage induces, I am confident I can teach you how to reclaim your bodily autonomy and personal sovereignty.
