My pressure is always tailored to your preference. I am capable of ranging pressure from light, to medium, to firm, and true deep tissue pressure - all depending on the area's requirements and client's preference. Clients are always welcome to have a quiet, non-speaking session where you have a safe space to relax. Alternatively, clients may also engage in conversation as you please. All clients are welcome to a safe space to have a momentary retreat for your mind and body to practice self-care, vent about life's stressors, calm the mind and care for the body that carries you through this life.
