My work blends myofascial release, therapeutic depth, gentle mobilization, and nervous-system–focused techniques. Rather than chasing pain or working aggressively, I approach each session with intention and responsiveness, allowing your body to guide the depth and direction of treatment.

I specialize in helping clients who experience chronic tension, stress-related holding patterns, postural imbalance, and conditions like fibromyalgia. My sessions are slow, grounded, and integrative — designed to create space, improve mobility, and support lasting relief.
