I have always been interested in health and fitness. I began my journey early on as an Aerobics Instructor with AFFA for 5 years. I continued for another 5 years as a Personal Trainer with ACE. I then decided to seek an A.S. degree to be a Physical Therapist Assistant for the next 26 years.

I was first introduced to John Barnes Myofascial Release taking a workshop for CEU's needed toward my continuing education for my PTA License. It was then I was hooked. I wanted to learn more. I continued my knowledge by taking more workshops and attended a Massage School for my LMT License. John Barnes Myofascial Release provides the missing link, most people are missing to release restrictions and decrease chronic pain.

When I'm not working, I enjoy hiking and biking, and in my spare time i am seeking my Masters degree for Holistic Nutrition, in which I currently hold a bachelors degree.
