Welcome to New Life Massage Therapy!

Let me introduce myself to you! I am a wife to my wonderful husband, Rob. I have two amazing children, Alexa and Ethan. In September of 2025, I had the honor of adding a great young man as a son-in-law, Daniel. My husband and I have two dogs Selah (a black lab/blue heeler mix) and Kona (a full bred Chesapeake Bay Retriever).

My husband and I are life group leaders in our church. I am also a worship leader and play keys for our worship team. I absolutely love Jesus, my church family, and worshipping!

I graduated from the Institute of Business and Medical Careers in Fort Collins, CO as a Certified Massage Therapist in December of 2006. My heart is always to help people leave my massage room feeling like a new person! The sweetest reward for me is to see the relief on my clients’ faces at the end of a massage. Whether you are a mama-to-be, male or female, young or old, I am here to help you! If you need to relax and escape the chaos of life, I would love to help you do just that! If you are hurting, post-surgery, experiencing muscle tension, headaches etc, I would love the opportunity to work with you on goals to restore quality of life!

I am my best when I am helping people reduce stress, lessen pain and muscle tension, increase relaxation, and improve blood flow and immune function!
