Caroline is a dedicated and detail-oriented Exercise and Massage Therapist with a strong background in client care, wellness management, and hospitality. Known for her ability to connect with clients and create positive, results-driven experiences, she brings both passion and precision to her work.

Caroline holds an associate's degree in Exercise Science from Suffolk County Community College (NY). Before pursuing Massage Therapy, she served as Director of Operations at a Wellness Center, where she integrated exercise programming with manual therapy to enhance client outcomes. Her experience also includes working as an Exercise Specialist in multiple physical therapy clinics and fitness studios, where she focused on movement quality, rehabilitation, and performance.

She was mentored by Coach Dana Cavalea, former Performance Coach for the New York Yankees, and during her time in Massage Therapy School, she honed her skills in various manual therapy techniques—gaining a deeper understanding of how different massage modalities support recovery, mobility, and overall well-being.

I began my career after graduating from Suffolk County Community College, working with private clients in a boutique fitness setting on Long Island and in the Hamptons.

My dual training in exercise science and massage therapy has deepened my understanding of the body and how to restore its optimal function. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside award-winning coaches and learning from innovative, design-forward therapists. These experiences have shaped the unique system I use today—a powerful combination of manual therapy, corrective exercise, and movement-based rehabilitation.
