Lite Touch Massage Care specializes in advanced manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder MLD), with focused, Lipedema-informed care for those navigating lipedema, pre- and post-surgical recovery, or the lasting effects of oncology treatment. Alongside this specialty, every session also draws on therapeutic massage and Reiki to relieve tension, support healthy lymphatic function, and promote the body's natural healing process.

There is a lot in today's world that can leave us feeling overwhelmed or disconnected. This is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and be cared for — in a sanctuary where all bodies are welcome, and where your body is uniquely supported to flow, align, and renew. Sessions are unhurried, personalized, and thoughtfully customized to your needs. Lymphatic health in particular responds best to consistent, ongoing care, which is why membership options are available for those who benefit from regular support.
