Favorite Massage Modalities
Scalp and neck work, easing sinus, jaw, headache tension/pain.
Combining relaxation work with detail trigger point (tp) and positional release work. When I do trigger point work, I do so at a med pressure (up to slightly firm) and sustain the techniques longer as to ease into the muscles while they are relaxed.
I seek to balance relaxation and deeper tissue as the body repairs and relearns when in rest and digest, rather than toughing through any pain.

Pressure Level
Up to med to slightly firm. Can go as light as needed.
On a scale of 1-4, 1 being lightest and 4 being deepest: 1-2.5
