Hi, I’m Ali, Bare Sole Bodywork.

My work is designed to help calm the nervous system, release chronic tension, and support your body’s natural ability to restore and heal. Each session is customized based on your goals, comfort level, and how your body presents that day.

My approach blends Western anatomy-based massage therapy with influences from traditional Eastern bodywork practices, including Balinese, Thai, and Hawaiian techniques. This allows sessions to be both structurally therapeutic and deeply grounding.

Sessions may include barefoot massage, stretching, abdominal work, scalp and facial massage, hot stones, and static or dynamic cupping when appropriate.

Why Do I Use My Feet? Great Question.

Using my feet allows me to apply broad, deep, and intentional pressure that hands alone can’t achieve. This lets me work deeply into your muscles and fascia while keeping the pressure even, controlled, and comfortable.

The result- you receive effective relief without the soreness often caused by traditional deep tissue massage. It’s perfect for athletes, active bodies, or anyone feeling overstimulated and in need of real restoration.

Why Abdominal Massage?

In my opinion, most massage should include some form of abdominal work — especially for women, who are more likely to experience tension or weakness in the core muscles. The abdomen houses major muscles that are often overlooked in traditional massage, yet they play a key role in posture, digestion, and overall body balance.
