When I was 17 years old, I learned that I had thoracic scoliosis, which led me down a road of learning about body care which included stretching, yoga and Massage. For the last 8 years, I've been fortunate enough to gain experience doing what I love, which is learning more about our body and how it responds to different qualities of touch. I challenge the belief that deep tissue needs to hurt in order to be effective, or that massage that doesn't hurt is not deep. My technique blends Myofascial, swedish/deep tissue, pin and stretch, Craniosacral and general intuition to form a customized massage for every session! I'd like the opportunity to provide you with an hour or 2 of solitude and relaxation for your mind and your body. In short, a moment to unplug completely and have not one single care on your mind, while deep muscle tension is released with minimal pain. Your nervous system will thank you!

My home is occupied by a German Shepherd and 2 cats, they are not permitted on my linens or in my treatment space but they occasionally sneak in while I carry sheets in to fold. Highly allergic or those sensitive to animal dander should be aware. I have an air filter operating during the session, and my carpet is vacuumed before each appointment.

I recommend the following treatment plan for everyday aches, pains, stiffness and stress:

A 90 minute massage every other week until the issue is resolved, followed by monthly 60 or 90 minute session for maintenance, I offer a monthly membership to save $5-10 per massage.

These are current prices for 2026. Please expect that I will raise my rates by $5 in 2027, 2028 and 2029. At this price point, my services will remain well below "market value", I limit my client base to 12 appointments per week so I can show up well rested with intention.
