Connie Staden is a Licensed Massage Therapist, who graduated from Missouri College summa cum laude in 2005. She has also been a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant, graduated from St. Louis Community College at Meramec with academic honors in 2010.

Connie believes in promoting mind, body and spirit wellness and is passionate about helping others relieve pain and improve functional mobility for a better quality of life. She started with a career in the corporate world, but when her mentor had neck pain from a weekend of gardening and suggested she would be a great massage therapist, everything changed. However, Connie was not fulfilled with the "fluff and buff" type of standard, traditional massage, so when a colleague recommended PTA school, her path turned once again. With changes to healthcare dampening her enthusiasm for physical therapy, fate returned her to massage and introduced her to other methods and techniques to incorporate and expand on her skills and experience.

Connie has been involved with sports including softball, racquetball, volleyball, basketball, soccer, running and most recently, pickleball. Having started her career path in the corporate world, she is also familiar with the daily grind of sitting at a computer doing clerical work, secretarial work, and computer programming. She understands your pain and is ready to help!
