Hi! I'm Mark, AKA "Sage"

I am a graduate of East West College with a strong foundation in therapeutic massage and a commitment to supporting overall wellness. My training includes neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, craniosacral therapy, and myofascial techniques, which I often blend together to create a flowing, cohesive treatment tailored to each client’s unique needs and preferences. I prioritize attentive care, clear communication, and a calm, respectful environment where clients feel comfortable and supported. Guided by professionalism, integrity, and genuine care, my approach goes beyond relieving tension to promote balance, long-term well-being, and a deeper connection to the body.

Sāna Lūn comes from the Spanish word sanar, meaning “to heal,” and is a shortened take on luna, representing gentle cycles, restoration, and care. Together, they reflect the intention behind my work: to support healing in a thoughtful, grounded, and intuitive way.
