My approach blends therapeutic massage with nervous-system supportive techniques, energy work, reflexology, acupressure, and other restorative modalities, always grounded in presence, consent, and attentive care.

Starshine also offers WATSU® Aquatic Bodywork, a deeply restorative form of bodywork performed in warm water, along with select specialty treatments and mobile services.
