Starshine Wellness offers thoughtful, personalized bodywork designed to help you slow down, feel more comfortable in your body, and reconnect with yourself.

Each session is shaped around what you need that day—whether you're seeking relief from tension and discomfort, support for an overwhelmed nervous system, or simply a quiet place to rest. My approach blends therapeutic massage with nervous-system supportive techniques, energy work, reflexology, acupressure, and other restorative modalities, always grounded in presence, consent, and attentive care.

Starshine also offers WATSU® Aquatic Bodywork, a deeply restorative form of bodywork performed in warm water, along with select specialty treatments and mobile services.

There is no one-size-fits-all routine here. I listen to what you and your body are communicating and thoughtfully adapt each session to meet you where you are.

At the heart of Starshine is something simple: creating space for you to rest, reconnect, breathe a little deeper, and feel more at home in yourself.

Rest. Reset. Shine.
