Why I Started This Practice
Bluebonnet Bodywork & Wellness Services was founded as an act of service and obedience to the Lord’s calling to care for others with skill, compassion, and integrity. As a former nurse's assistant and army medic, I have experience supporting people through injury, stress, and physical strain—often in demanding environments where the body is pushed beyond its limits. My experience in military and service-focused communities has shaped my deep respect for resilience, discipline, and the importance of proactive care rather than crisis-driven treatment.

My practice exists to honor God by serving His people, recognizing that each person is fearfully and wonderfully made and deserves care that reflects that truth.

How My Services Help
Many clients—especially active-duty service members, veterans, and those in high-stress roles—carry tension that accumulates through daily demands, long hours, and repeated physical stress. My approach does not stop at symptom relief alone. Massage therapy supports the body’s God-designed ability to heal, restore balance, and function well when combined with healthy habits, proper recovery, and intentional self-care.

Bluebonnet Bodywork & Wellness Services provides therapeutic massage focused on relaxation, stress regulation, and functional wellness. Sessions commonly address neck and shoulder tension, low back discomfort, muscular fatigue, and stress-related pain patterns. Using expertise gained through my training in massage therapy, wellness coaching, and personal training, I develop personalized care plans that may include guidance on posture awareness, recovery strategies, and sustainable wellness habits designed to support long-term health beyond the massage table.

Serving the Military & Veteran Community
With firsthand experience in military culture and medical support roles, this practice is especially committed to serving active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. Sessions are approached with professionalism, respect, and an understanding of the physical and mental demands placed on those who serve.
