Hello,

I have been a massage therapist since 2009. Woo hoo! I have loved every second of it! In every service that I provide it’s always my goal to assist the body in healing by gaining more range of motion, increased circulation, and less pain/discomfort. I truly have enjoyed my time running the business @Thompsonmassage,llc but I have felt a calling for many years to do more. With God’s perfect timing I’m now the proud owner of Form Fitness Studio. I’m so elated to instill God’s truths in young girls and women. Not who the world says they are but who God says she is! Through all of my training over the years I’ll now get to take women through movements that make them feel strong not only physically but also instilling God’s truths as a firm foundation. I’m so unbelievably humbled by this opportunity and I can’t wait to see all the lives that Jesus transforms! Form Fitness Studio is for women only.
