An Olive Branch symbolizes an offering of peace, hope, and reconciliation. Its association with new beginnings emphasizes resilience and the potential for growth after adversity. I chose this name & symbol to house the offerings of wellness in your Body, Mind & Spirit by way of THAI MASSAGE and HEALTH & WELLNESS COACHING. Both can help to bring you a new way of feeling, moving & thinking about yourself and the world around you. When we learn to be present without judgement, we can really listen to what our bodies are telling us what we need to find balance, growth, healing & peace. This is my wish for all of us.

My offerings come from 17+ years of education & practice in the healing arts & wellness realm with a focus on Traditional Thai Massage and Primal Health + Wellness Coaching.

THAI MASSAGE

Bring your tired, broken and out of balance body to find respite and reward through this ancient and healing bodywork rooted in Element Medicine. You will be met with warmth & compassion and space to be seen & heard. Combine that with what your body is telling me through touch for a session that can often be experienced as a physical, mental & emotional reset. Truly one of the best ways to learn how to be present and find healing is through touch.

Deep work is relative to the person experiencing it, but I believe most of us want to feel a profound change to a better self while we are receiving the work and long after. This work is deep without being painful. It is slow & grounding with a range of tools applied. It graciously meets you where you are and gently takes you where you need to be. Think of it like a 'lazyman yoga' where you are guided along in movement & stillness in a way that brings immediate relief as well as long term alleviation from suffering in your joints, skin, muscles & facia along with an improved mental & emotional state. Stretching, Compression, Pulling, Lifting, Pressing, Rocking, Twisting, Breathing, Jostling, Cupping, Scrapping, Heat are just a few ways we will approach your body's needs. It's an unspoken language that speaks kindness, compassion & grace.

Who doesn't need a helping hand or extended 'Olive Branch' every now and then to help support us in arriving at a better version of ourselves? We are all on a path of enlightenment, but we were never meant to do it alone and it is meant to be evolving and changing because like everything in this universe, life is ever changing.

Somewhere in all that change we need an anchor or grounding in something that isn't always changing so we can pivot and maneuver safely and successfully. If we don't have that foundation and balance, we can easily get off track, get stuck or just need partnership in the hard things. Ancestral Health just roots us to an approach of wellness that aligns modern habits with the practices of our hunter-gatherer ancestors. We've gotten pretty far off from this natural biology of living, and it has created a great deal of imbalance in ourselves and in nature. This includes eating whole foods, engaging in natural movement, prioritizing restorative sleep and managing stress. The goal is to correct the mismatch between our genes and our modern environment to prevent chronic disease and poor quality of life.

It's time to explore where you are at and where you want to be and bring alignment and balance so you can truly live the life you desire.

My 12 WEEK 1:1 Program will explore what matters to you and the 'why, when and how" of your ideal health, so you can successfully build in daily movements that fit you best and turn into sustainable lifelong changes. Whether it be thinking differently, behaving differently, understanding why we feel the way we do around certain things, the basics of goal setting, learning how to establish accountability that helps sustain change, creating supportive environments or just simple healthy meal ideas and effective workouts... Keeping it simple, honest and personal can be so powerful and often lead to a big lifestyle change especially with a daily partner through a trusted coaching-client relationship.

Western Medicine often treats the symptom without addressing what leads us to disease, suffering and ailments.
