Jane Pedicone is a Licensed Massage Therapist, having completed her Massage Schooling in 2025. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer, Health Coach, and Yoga and Tai Chi instructor with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education and Wellness Promotion. With a background in Fitness and Nutrition, Jane is passionate about holistic wellness and helping her clients improve their quality of life. She enjoys working with clients of all levels, ability and ages. As a lifelong learner, she cultivates new skills and expertise to further serve her clients no matter where they may be in their wellness journeys. As a massage therapist, she uses a variety of modalities so that she can tailor her massages to an individual’s needs. Jane specializes in Swedish Massage, stretching and mobilization, and myofascial release techniques for a fully restorative experience.

In her spare time, Jane enjoys spending time with family and staying active. She enjoys hiking, bike riding, water aerobics, yoga and skiing.
