My journey to becoming a massage therapist began through my own experiences as a client. Massage has helped me over the years to release tension and stress, manage and relieve chronic pain due to injury and frozen shoulder, and feel more grounded. Those experiences shaped the work I now offer—massage grounded in care, presence, and attentive listening.

My technique is mindful, slow, and methodical, with pressure always tailored to your comfort. Each session is guided by your needs and unfolds at a pace that allows the body to soften naturally, offering a wonderful deeply relaxing experience.
