Courtney Cochran (they/them) comes massage therapy and bodywork with 8 years of experience as a Clinical Herbalist and many more as a Social Worker. They graduated from the Professional Massage Academy in St. Cloud Minnesota and have additional training via Zen Shiatsu and Heartwood Institute. Courtney is currently a student of Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine at The American Academy of Health & Wellness.

Courtney brings together bioregional herbalism, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Therapeutic Massage, and more than a decade of experience in trauma informed care to carefully craft a space of warmth, body liberation, and joy.
