I began my journey in 2012 by receiving my first massage! In 2021, I graduated from a local Massage School, became licensed in 2022, and opened Breathe Massage Therapy in 2026.

My goal as a Massage Therapist is to be present, thorough, and give each client a meaningful therapeutic touch. Every session is a product of great love for the art of massage as well as an understanding of the human body and muscle tissues.

I describe myself as an intuitive therapist who can give a wide range of therapies depending on the individual needs of the client. My approach is relaxing yet thorough; a session in which stress, anxiety, and tension will flee the room.

In my career, I have worked with all ages, shapes, and sizes. I strongly believe everyone deserves a great massage. With benefits ranging from improved mental health, diminished pain, and increased mobility, massage has been a great blessing in my life and I hope it will be in yours as well.
