I am a licensed massage therapist, Reiki practitioner, yoga teacher and end-of-life doula offering care that honors the whole person- mind, body and spirit. My work is rooted in the holistic approach, guided by the belief that the person holds the innate wisdom and remarkable ability to heal when given the right support and compassion.

Nature is one of the greatest teachers. I find clarity through hiking and spending time outdoors and I carry that sense of grounding into my practice. I strive to meet each person exactly where they are, creating a safe and nurturing space for healing, reflection and release.

I am deeply compassionate and hold space without judgement and I offer care with intention and heart. I am honored to walk along side of others through moments of healing, transition and growth.
