As a proud grandmother, small business owner, and former software engineer, I’ve always been guided by a passion for helping others. After years of navigating the fast-paced world of technology and entrepreneurship, I felt a calling to follow my heart and pursue something more personal and deeply fulfilling.

Over the years, I’ve witnessed how powerful relaxation and healing can be—how even a single moment of relief can transform someone’s day, or even their life. My journey into massage therapy was born from that understanding: a desire to help people feel better, move easier, and live with less pain.

I’ve been married for over 30 years and am the proud mother of three wonderful daughters. As a family, we’ve always lived an active lifestyle, enjoying a lifetime of sports and movement—from gymnastics and cheer to breeding and showing horses. These experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the body’s capabilities, the importance of balance, and the value of proper recovery and care.

Before my education in massage therapy, I earned my bachelor’s degree, which included a strong foundation in the sciences, a secondary interest of mine at the time. This early background in scientific study deepened my curiosity about how the human body works and continues to influence my approach to wellness today. My formal massage therapy education built upon that knowledge with a strong focus on anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology, giving me a comprehensive understanding of how targeted techniques can support healing and overall well-being.

Combined with my background in technology, I bring a unique blend of precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving to every session. I take the time to truly listen, tailoring each experience to meet individual needs.
