• prenatal discomfort

• or simply needing an hour to unwind and reset

We tailor every session to your individual goals.

Our approach blends advanced myofascial techniques, slow intentional work, and a deep respect for the nervous system. Clients describe our treatments as grounding, transformative, and deeply relieving, often experiencing improved movement, better sleep, and a renewed sense of ease.
