Thai Yoga Bodywork — Assisted Stretching & Mobility Coaching is a culturally rooted wellness practice inspired by Nuad Phaen Thai, Thailand’s living tradition of assisted movement, breath awareness, and mindful touch.

Sessions are designed as movement coaching and wellness education—supporting mobility, flexibility, postural balance, and overall body awareness through assisted yoga-style stretching, rhythmic compression, and traditional Thai bodywork techniques. Every visit is customized: some sessions feel more stretch-forward and athletic, while others emphasize stillness, grounding, and breath.

What to expect: You’ll remain fully clothed in comfortable athletic attire (think yoga/workout clothing). Your session is guided with clear communication and consent, and adapted to your goals, comfort, and mobility level.

Please wear athletic attire: yoga pants/shorts and a t-shirt or long sleeve top that allows full movement. (Fully clothed sessions.)
