I have been doing massage for the last 13 years, focused primarily in the chiropractic field. I completed my training at Blue Heron Academy in Grand Rapids, MI in May of 2012, receiving my license from the state of Michigan in 2014, and have been in practice ever since. While at the academy, I also received certifications in personal fitness training, acupuncture, nutrition and herbal medicine.

As a practitioner, I always focus on the needs of the patient. My training is in medical massage therapy (most akin to a “deep tissue” style massage), however I always take cues from patients as to pressure preferences, areas of focus, and aftercare. My goal is to make sure you walk out feeling so much better than when you walked in!

Outside of massage, I am a fitness enthusiast, an avid reader, a cat dad, enjoy cooking, baking, gardening, and being outdoors as much as possible.
