Hi, I’m Alisha Lewis a Licensed Massage Therapist based in Hartford, CT. I became a massage therapist because I’m passionate about helping people find relief, restore balance, and invest in their overall wellness. I believe self-care and self-love are essential, and I’m grateful to be part of that journey for my clients.

I graduated from the American Institute in West Hartford. I have additional training in prenatal massage, cupping, hot stone and orthopedic assessment. While in school, I gained valuable experience providing chair massage for residents in nursing homes, which strengthened my commitment to bringing comfort and healing through therapeutic touch.

I specialize in techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, bamboo, cupping, stretching, cryotherapy, and thermotherapy to create personalized treatments for each client. My goal is always to provide effective, individualized care that leaves you feeling better, both physically and mentally.
