I have come to realize that in life we all carry physical and emotional stress in our body. This stress creates tension that gets in the way of our daily activities. We unconsciously compensate for that pain by utilizing other muscles that leads to compensation patterns. Then when we go to perform certain movements are strength and mobility are not sufficient.

Through massage therapy we will work towards decreasing pain & stiffness in the body. Our mission is to use massage techniques to manipulate the body to restore alignment. With better awareness of body mechanics and self-care we can work together to manage your pain and improve quality of life.
