HEALING CONTAINERS: Sacred Bodywork Sessions

Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy - Exceptionally gentle work (about 5 grams of pressure) that supports the nervous system's natural regulation. This profound modality encourages the body's innate healing without forcing or fixing. Perfect for stress relief, chronic tension, life transitions, grief support, spiritual integration, and deep rest.

Integrative Massage & Bodywork - Therapeutic touch including Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, prenatal massage, and CBD integrative options with local woman-owned Moon Mother Hemp Company. Body-positive and gender-affirming with specialized protocols for transgender and non-binary bodies.

Alchemical Alignment- This specialized session addresses the most overlooked survival pattern: freeze. I offer this evidence-based somatic modality that works with the full spectrum of nervous system states — health, fight, flight, freeze, and double bind. This approach supports your body's natural capacity to move from survival patterns into embodied presence.

Ancestral Healing Sessions - Deep 1:1 lineage work addressing inherited patterns, family dynamics, and spiritual reclamation through connection with benevolent ancestral guides. Honors sovereignty and maintains strong boundaries.

All sessions are 90 minutes, available in-person (Boulder) or remotely via Zoom.

SACRED PATHWAYS: Altar as Anchor Educational Programs

The world's first justice-oriented sacred space curriculum—ceremonial education teaching altar practice and ancestral reverence as embodied medicine.

Level 1: Altar as Sanctuary - 6-week journey into creating altars as anchors for nervous system regulation and spiritual practice. Learn elements, sacred objects, and sustainable ritual rhythm. No experience required.

Level 2: Ancestor Reclamation - 7-module program teaching ancestral honoring through altar building and offerings—healing lineage disconnection through reverence. For those with adoption stories, cultural loss, broken family threads, or anyone honoring ancestors while creating healthy boundaries. No mediumship required.

Available self-paced or in intimate live cohorts, blending anthropology, nervous system science, and embodied wisdom.
