2. New safety procedures:

When you arrive, rather than coming in and using the waiting area, please stay in your car or outside until I have opened the door or waved you in. I will take your temperature upon entry. I require that you wear a face mask (I have extra in case you need one). Thank you for your flexibility and understanding during these challenging times. Please note that we have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee ($75 for a 90-minute massage) if you either no-show or cancel your appointment with less than 48-hour notice.
