I'm Alex, a licensed massage therapist in Denver who came to this work after 15 years in restaurant and hospitality management. That background taught me how to listen carefully and meet people where they are, skills that translate directly to bodywork.

I specialize in deep tissue, Swedish, myofascial release, cupping, trigger point, and positional release. Each session is tailored to what your body needs, whether you're dealing with chronic tension, recovering from training, or just need space to decompress.

I don't do cookie-cutter routines. We'll talk about what's going on, and I'll adapt my approach based on what I'm finding in your muscles and what you're telling me feels right.

I maintain my own wellness through daily meditation, strength training, and yoga. Having worked with trainers, chiropractors, and massage therapists myself, I understand bodies from both sides of the table.

I bring a calm, grounded presence to sessions and genuinely enjoy this work. My approach blends technical skill with intuitive touch, helping you feel aligned and at ease in your body.
