Hello, I’m Heather!

Massage has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up with a parent who was a massage therapist, so I was introduced early to the power of touch, healing, and helping people feel more at home in their bodies. I’ve been practicing massage for years and have been a licensed massage therapist for the past two.

I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage, and as a weightlifter myself, I understand how important recovery is. Whether you’re training hard, dealing with chronic tension, recovering from workouts, or simply feeling the effects of everyday life, my goal is to help you move and feel better.

While I love therapeutic work and getting to the root of discomfort, I believe effective massage doesn’t have to feel rushed or forceful. I work slowly, intentionally, and with the body’s natural rhythms, listening to what it needs rather than trying to overpower it. Every session is tailored to you in the moment.

If what your body needs is deep, focused work, I’m here for that. If what you need is a quiet space to unwind, breathe, and feel supported, I offer that too. My hope is that every client leaves feeling cared for, restored, and a little more connected to themselves than when they arrived.

Helping people feel better in their bodies is something I’m genuinely passionate about, and it’s a privilege I never take for granted.
