I enjoy helping people feel better. I’ve worked in Highlands County from retail, the Post Office, Substitute Teacher and a Physical Therapist Assistant.

I use several instruments, such as cupping with a gliding technique, CoreStones, Gua Sha Chinese tools using strumming, sweeping, or gliding techniques, then several resources of essential oils to assist with supporting immune system, relaxation for overall Rejuvenating Therapy.

I also use Rapid Nuro Fascial Reset to help your body to know where to start fixing several problems. This technique performed while fully dressed, applying pressure points along the spine and bony prominences, then moving arms or legs in flexions and extensions. The pain levels may decrease immediately or take two or three days to decrease. Either way, I am happy to have the skills to assist your body to heal from traumas accrued throughout the years.
