After graduating top of my class and 7 years of hands-on experience, I specialize in helping hardworking, overstimulated people experience relief from chronic tension, postural pain, headaches, migraines, TMJ, and the physical tension and nervous system dysregulation that comes from doing too much for too long.

This is not your normal massage. Focusing on the push and pull of your muscles, I work to create mobility and space in your connective tissues (fascia), allowing flexibility for your muscles to realign throughout the deep tissue and trigger point work. Unlike other massages, I rely on the release of your muscles and fascia to allow further movement, often resulting in a ‘stretch and melt’ sensation. This allows for your nervous system to release the tension while also releasing the physical tightness. Harder pressure doesn’t always mean better results. We can find recovery at whatever pressure fits your needs.

I use a personalized mixture of myofascial massage, deep tissue, trigger points, stretching, heated scraping, cupping, and hot stones to provide real progress towards your goals. All modalities and tools are optional based on what is the best fit for you!
