I began my journey in the healing arts while attending massage school in North Carolina, originally alongside my studies toward a Doctor of Physical Therapy. During that time, I discovered how deeply I connected with hands-on therapeutic work and the immediate impact it had on people’s pain, movement, and overall well-being. What started as a complementary path quickly became my true calling.

For more than 15 years, I’ve dedicated myself to massage therapy as my primary profession. I’m certified in a wide range of modalities and specialize in customizing every session to meet each client’s unique needs. Whether someone is recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking restorative relaxation, my goal is always the same: to help people feel better in their bodies and support them in achieving long-term wellness.
