Care From Someone Who Trains Like You

Don is a licensed massage therapist and the owner and the founder of Chicago Restorative Massage, bringing hands-on experience and a deep understanding of athletic performance and recovery. As an avid runner who has completed the New York Marathon along with multiple Chicago marathons and half marathons, Don understands the physical demands placed on the body through endurance training.

Two Disciplines, One Integrated Approach

Anisha, his wife and co-owner, complements the practice with a strong background in integrative healthcare. As a practicing doctor and medical acupuncturist, she brings medical insight and a holistic perspective to care. Together, they offer a comprehensive range of specialized therapeutic services, including sports massage for runners, treatment for everyday muscle pain and tension, sports-related injury recovery, oncology massage, and lymphatic drainage massage for post-surgical recovery.

Bridging Wellness and Medicine for Lasting Care

Their combined expertise bridges both the wellness and medical communities, allowing clients to receive evidence-informed, personalized care. Every session is client-centered and supported by education on the therapeutic benefits of each modality, ensuring treatments are thoughtfully tailored to individual goals, conditions, and long-term well-being.
