Through nurturing, grounding, and uplifting touch, I create space for clients to explore their own patterns of pain and discover pathways to healing.

I draw from a wide range of modalities including Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) and Swedish massage to relieve muscular tension and promote relaxation, and Shiatsu to support energetic balance. I am also trained in Ayurvedic bodywork, trigger point therapy, cupping, and two styles of barefoot massage—Sarga and FasciAshi myofascial Ashiatsu. My integrative sessions may also incorporate Thai stretching or hot stones, depending on your needs and goals.
