I’m a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing since graduating from a 1000-hour program at Hands On School of Massage in 2025.

I’ve always been fascinated by how the body functions and traditional healing methods. After over 25 years as a registered nurse in the healthcare field, I’ve discovered a real joy in helping people feel better. I firmly believe that massage therapy is an excellent way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being. I’m deeply passionate about helping people feel their best and achieve their wellness goals.

Currently, I’m self-employed and enjoy working with a diverse range of clients. I specialize in several massage techniques, including reflexology, Swedish massage, Nepali massage, hot stone massage, cupping, deep tissue massage, and raindrop therapy.

Outside of massage therapy, I also enjoy hiking, biking, camping, baking, and crafting.
