Hi, I’m Brandi, a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of SOL & STONE WELLNESS LLC. My passion is helping people feel better in their bodies, whether that means relieving muscle tension and everyday aches, reducing stress, or simply creating time to relax and recharge.

I completed a year of massage therapy education and began my career working in a chiropractic setting, where I gained valuable hands-on experience helping clients with pain, tension, and mobility.

At SOL & STONE WELLNESS, I believe massage should never feel one-size-fits-all. I customize each session around your individual needs and comfort level, incorporating relaxation massage, deep pressure, hot stones, cupping, and prenatal massage when appropriate.

My goal is to provide a peaceful, welcoming environment where you can slow down, feel cared for, and leave feeling relaxed, restored, and renewed.
