With over 18 years in practice, I bring both experience and heart to my work as a licensed massage therapist. Trained in Washington State, I hold an Associate’s Degree in Massage Body Science with a major in Sports Massage. My passion lies in serving others through the healing power of touch—creating a space where relaxation, emotional release, and restoration can safely unfold.

As a proud member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), I’m dedicated to educating others about the importance of therapeutic touch and the role it plays in our physical, mental and emotional well-being.

When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me outdoors hiking, gardening, cooking, running, or biking—or nurturing my curiosity through learning, my spirit through the Word, and my heart through simple acts of kindness.
