Grounded therapeutic bodywork for people living with stress, physical tension, exhaustion, and the weight of everyday life.

Stillness Renewal offers therapeutic massage and Craniosacral Therapy in a calm, grounded setting designed for people who need space to breathe, slow down, and feel more at ease in their bodies again.

Joshua Henkels, LMT, BCTMB, combines therapeutic massage, Craniosacral Therapy, and hands-on bodywork with a quiet, attentive approach tailored to what feels manageable for the person on the table that day.

Some sessions are more focused and therapeutic. Others are simply a chance to step away from the constant demands for an hour and reconnect with yourself.

You do not have to hold everything here.
