I'm on a mission to get everyone "hooked" on massage as an integral piece in their health and wellness routine. There are so many benefits to receiving regular bodywork including relieving stress and anxiety, managing low-back pain, improving sleep, reducing headaches, and much much more. Having massage therapy that is accessible, as a place of healing, connection, and personal empowerment, is a vital component for whole-body wellbeing.

Each session is personal. I build a treatment plan based on your specific needs and go from there, incorporating multiple techniques and styles to give you an experience that is not only deeply therapeutic, but feels amazing too.
