I love bodywork, both giving and receiving, and massage can be a beautiful way to take care of body, mind and spirit. Every person is unique. It is important to consider the whole person in front of you, and get to the root of their tension, pain or dysfunction while empowering that person to take ownership of their healing journey. This is my approach to each session, this is my passion.

I specialize in therapeutic massage using Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Deep Tissue techniques, while also incorporating Trigger Point Therapy, Body Mobility Therapy, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique, and Energy Work. This blending is very effective for releasing stubborn knots and tension, and seeing real results with less pain while still feeling like a relaxing retreat for your body.
