I specialize in therapeutic massage using Hawaiian Lomi Lomi and Deep Tissue techniques, while also incorporating Trigger Point Therapy, Body Mobility Therapy, Spontaneous Muscle Release Technique, and Energy Work. This blending is very effective for releasing stubborn knots and tension, and seeing real results with less pain while still feeling like a relaxing retreat for your body.
