My name is Ginny. I became interested in massage therapy through looking for healthy alternatives other than medications. Receiving massage therapy helped me reduce my anxiety and stress. Most of all, it gave me a "time" that I couldn't do anything else! It was time for ME to do nothing but relax and alleviate my muscle tension.

I received my training at Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy in 2011. Since then, I have enjoyed providing massage therapy to clients. I am constantly continuing my education to find techniques and modalities to add or incorporate into my practice. I use modalities and techniques that provide the appropriate pressure for each individual. In addition to offering massage, I also have hot stones, and recently added ACE medi-cupping therapy to my list! Soon I will be incorporating new treatments with cupping with addition of essential oils.

How did I come up with the business name? I like to think that we all need to rest and rejuvenate our bodies. This I believe is achieved through receiving massage as well as a time to quiet the mind and awaken our soul to a new light. I hope to bring people to a place within themselves that they find their Serene Soul :)
